Resolute Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for one of our valued clients based in Rugby.

Warehouse Operative,
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire.

Warehouse Operative – Salary:

• Afternoons – £12.95 – £14.66 Per Hour
• Nights – £13.67 – £15.38 Per Hour

Rates of pay will increase on all shifts after completing probation and obtaining FLT licences.

Warehouse Operative – The Job:

• For the role of Warehouse Operative, you will be completing general Warehouse duties.
• This role involves heavy lifting for the duration of the shift.
• Loading & Unloading vehicles
• Stock Checks.
• Once completing probation you will be offered the chance to get an in-house FLT licence.
• You will be working as part of a busy team.
• Ensuring health and safety requirements are met at all times.

Warehouse Operative – Job Requirements:

• Similar Warehouse Operative Experience is desirable but not essential.
• Counterbalance/Reach Fork Lift Licence is desirable but not essential.
• Heavy Lifting is required in this role of Warehouse Operative.
• You must have excellent communication skills.
• You must have the ability to work as part of a busy team.

Warehouse Operative – Shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Afternoons and Nights are Available.

Shift Times

14:30 – 22:20 Afternoons
22:30 – 06:30 Nights

Shifts are set, NOT Rotating.
