Mark Knight
Director
Before starting his career in recruitment, Mark was a member of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. While serving in the Armed Forces Mark completed two operational tours of duty and his service took him to many places across the globe. After leaving the army, Mark worked in security before starting his career in the transport and logistics sector. He then joined a national recruitment firm, working his way up from resourcer to divisional manager. After ten years working for the national recruitment firm Mark partnered with Steve to launch their own recruitment business, Resolute Recruitment. Outside of work, Mark is a motorcycle and American muscle car enthusiast.
Steve Borondy
Director
Steve was born in Northampton and grew up in Derbyshire, completing advanced business at college before studying advertising and marketing at Coventry University. He completed two years of his course before joining the sales team of a national recruitment agency. Steve stayed in that role for the next five years, during this period he won the company’s sales league 4 times in a row – bagging a total of 6 awards in 5 years for his efforts. In 2020, Steve decided that the time was right to break out into his own business with colleague Mark. Outside of work Steven is a long suffering Derby County fan, who also enjoys watching the Northampton Saints.
